“Hotellet var det bästa vi har upplevt. Servicen när man anländer, de parkerar bilen åt oss, en guidad tur för att visa hotellet samtidigt som vi får ett glas champagne i handen. Känslan är lyxig från minut ett. Väldigt fina och rena rum, städning varje dag. Spa som ingår, fantastisk frukost. Även maten på kvällen var toppen. Summerat - en fantastisk upplevelse!”

“Albergo posto in posizione panoramica, al centro di una località davvero incantevole. Siamo stati alloggiati in un mini-appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, silenzioso, con terrazza panoramica con vista sul centro di Bad Gastein. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet. Personale gentile. Unico neo: la piscina dell'albergo era momentaneamente chiusa per manutenzione.”

“Sehr angenehmes gut durchdachtes und herzliches Hotel. Es war sehr schön hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Das gesamte Personal war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste schnell und perfekt umzusetzen. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet. Am Abend gab es drei Menüs zur Auswahl. Und mehrere leckere Nachspeisen. Die Getränkepreise sind Ok. Die Pools sind alle sehr sauber, wie auch das gesamte Umfeld und die Wellnessbereiche. Hier und da ist die Einrichtung schon etwas benutzter, aber...

“The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. ”

“Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce.”

“Bellissimo e confortevole weekend lungo presso questa bella e calda struttura. Ottimo per gli sciatori. Fermata Ski-Bus e noleggio sci praticamente fuori dalla porta dell'albergo. Camere confortevoli e calde. Colazione buona anche se non con scelta abbondante. Carina la zona wellness con sauna bagno turco e altre cosette. In generale manca però uno spazio per i bimbi. Non mi risulta esserci né sala giochi né una piscinetta...Peccato! ”
