“That would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the spa experience. Really nice and clean rooms, good service, lovely beach and pool area with a bar. However at a wellness hotel I expect to use spa / cosmetical services without issues. During a nail appointment my nails were cut so bad that they were bleeding and afterwards swollen. The polish furthermore is applied as it was applied from a child*. So i highly recommend the hotel but try to avoid the spa services.”

“tutto molto bello specilmente la vista e la piscina, ma la camera non ha il bidet !!

“Όμορφο δωμάτιο και πολυ καλο το ξενοδοχείο. Δυστυχώς δεν χρησιμοποιησαμε την πισινα λογω καιρου. Το προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον ηταν αψογο αλλα στο εστιατόριο θα περίμενα καλυτερο σέρβις. Σε εμγενικες γραμμες ολα ηταν υπέροχα!”

“The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. A most disappointing holiday. droppings also on the tables from nests in the roof on the main external bar area by the pools. ”

“Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. They failed to follow the payment schedule so we had to contact hotels.com and as that took a while they locked all my personal items in the room and denied me access to it. My child asked to enter to have her medicine and reception said no you can't tell your parents to sort it!! The kids pool is unsafe. Theres no kids on the slides the reason is because they dont land in water but on the blue floor which causes burns on their skin as is it fast. The...
