“Albergo a 5 stelle dove non funziona nulla. In 8 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato la stanza e nonostante questo l'acqua calda non funzionava, idem per telefono, luci e wifi. Non è pensabile in un albergo a 5 stelle. Pessimo”

“Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes. Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling.”

“Ottimo Hotel, posizione un po' lontana da Fort Cochin, la parte più interessante della città, ma è meglio così, perché si ha un hotel di classe, dal quale con pochissima spesa si arriva in taxi dappertutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Cocktail di benvenuto. Essendo arrivato verso le 9 mi hanno dato la camera 5 ore prima del check in, che sarebbe stato alle 14, senza alcun sovrapprezzo, con vista mare, anche se non era stata richiesta. “This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. When we arrived we found the hotel to be very well staffed. Even though we were too early to check in, there was a flood of activity to welcome and accommodate us. “Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. ”
