“La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Mancano bidet e spazzolino per il water. Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, possibilità di preparare waffle caldi sul momento. Buon assortimento dei prodotti anche se son sempre gli stessi. Comoda la possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante interno. Personale sempre pronto ad ascoltare e aiutare i clienti nelle varie problematiche che si possono presentare.”

“Clean cosy room. Property is well maintained and you can tell its not that old. The only takeaway was the ice maker stopped working during our stay. All and all my daughter and I enjoyed our 4 nights 🌙”

“Ancora prima di arrivare in hotel,mi è arrivata una mail con scritto che laia carta di credito non era andata a buon fine pur avendo sulla prenotazione,il pagamento in struttura,quindi ero preoccupato perché sulla mail non mi dava la possibilità di cambiare carta,quindi mi preannunciata la disdetta della camera. “The front desk was amazing. They were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Our television wasn’t working when we got there and Julio came to the room and was terrific. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem. He was so friendly. He deserves a raise!”

“The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. There is a small fridge in the room, but no microwave or iron etc. I’m unsure if those items were available to be requested, but it didn’t change how I felt about staying at this hotel. The...

La notte devi scegliere se dormire o avere freddo perché se accendi l’aria condizionata non dormi per il rumore assurdo delle macchine, in qualsiasi stanza, visto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare dopo la prima notte per i rumori esterni assurdi. Pulizia scarsa, ho trovato delle unghia tagliate nel bagno. Mai avuto una esperienza così negativa ”

“The hotel was poor. My room was so incredibly small that I had to open my suitcase in the bathroom (paradoxically pretty large). There was a folded desk but there was litteraly no space to open it so it only served as night table. I could hardly walk in the room. Open the door, two steps leading to the bathroom and the rest of the space was the bed. there was a night lamp but since there was only one plug if i wanted to recharge my phone I had to unplug the lamp.
