“WOW. The place was so beautiful. It was sat between mountains with the BEST scenes ever. The room we stayed in was so beautiful and had an unreal view of the hills. The food was also amazing. We had certain requirements as we can only eat halal food, and they made sure to accommodate as best they could. Felix and Elvis were honestly so good. The best service ever. “Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. ”

Staff were very professional, warm and responsive and I would like to make a special mention of the young gentleman who helped me when I had issues connecting to WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and patiently helped me to identify why I was unable to connect to WiFi.
