Si tratta di un Hotel a gestione familiare, con ristorante e piscina. Noi abbiamo affittato la suite, una camera molto ampia, pulita e luminosa. La migliore del nostro soggiorno in Cina. Dalla nostra stanza si potevano ammirare la montagna Tianmen e la porta del Paradiso. Sono presenti tutti i comfort, enorme TV, vasca da bagno e ampia doccia, wc alla...

“L’hotel è certamente un po’ rustico e le stanze sono abbastanza piccole, ma comunque molto caratteristico. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza dello staff. Le due persone alla reception sono meravigliose, sorridenti e super disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa. Abbiamo solo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare l’hotel, poiché la posizione nelle mappe del sito Expedia è sbagliata, quindi attenzione! ”

“The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).”

“Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. ”

“A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...
