“Great hotel, the only thing is they have really slow elevators, and it was very busy from a concert so there were huge line ups at the elevator, but you’d be on the 10th floor so stairs wasn’t really an option.”

“We had a quick stay so didn’t have a chance to explore all amenities but the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Great location if you are planning a trip to the Roger’s centre. ”

“Room was clean, friendly staff and very nice lounge area on the 2nd floor. Nice and bright and plenty of seating. ”

“The rooms was cold, I even had to turn the heat on in the middle of July. There was a funny smell in the lobby, the door needed to be forced closed so the locks would work. The bedding was thin and old looking. There were not charging ports for phones. Most hotels these days no matter how old they are have upgraded to include some sort of lamp or charging ports by the bed. I only needed one night, but if I were to stay 2 or more nights I wouldn't recommend this place.”

“The hotel was under some sort of renovation very musty smelling, the lounge had no AC and was like a sauna. Only 1 women doing everything from cook to bartender to sever, she was great but felt very bad for her on a busy concert weekend”

“First thing on Expedia it’s showing breakfast included but there is no breakfast at all. Before you book make sure call them because this property doesn’t serve breakfast. Our room had bad smell we have to open the patio door all the time for fresh air. Maybe it was only our room.”
