“Overall no complaints. Felt like being at home. I go drop off my bags 4 hours early to find out that my room was ready. I really appreciate that. I was getting Reno done at my condo 10 mins walk from this hotel/condo. This morning place has more than my place. Love the in room washer/dryer and shower heads with the best water pressure. Also the eco stat which controls the air conditioning, perfect because it was 30+ outside. Staff was super friendly. This place will be on the top of my mind...

“Room was clean, staff were great and always available to help. Breakfast was very good.
The only two points to consider are
1.Street is dirty and noisy and somehow unsafe.
2.Paid parking has no gate or security so homeless people wander in the parking.
I did't cut one star because the environment is downtown Edmonton and not in control of the hotel management.”

“This has become my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Edmonton because the staff is so warm and impeccably trained. My only real qualm is that the walls are paper-thin. But the quality of the service more than makes up for that.”

“We walked around the U of A grounds, it was beautiful and I felt safe. Extremely close to the Jubilee Auditorium which is beautiful venue to see broadway shows, ballet, etc.”

“Was an older hotel for sure and although most of the hotel room was renovated ware and tare was evident in the furniture and some of the bathroom fixtures. The hotel staff was excellent though making it possible for us to store our extra gear inside without having to pack it t all upstairs to our room. Allowed our dog to stay also for a minimal fee. For the price and all things considered we were pleasantly surprised after having judged a book by its cover upon arrival. Breakfast was also great!...

“Great view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating.
My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses.
Overall good experience.”
