“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. Quindi tutto sommato un buon tre stelle, da consigliare senz’altro.”

“Our room was on the 2nd floor that overlooked the courtyard. The large room had a tile floor that we prefer over carpet. Location was perfect as everything was within walking distance for us. Bourbon st very close. I slept well but the bed was too soft for my wife. No option to purchase coffee (only coffee maker in room) and I had to leave hotel to get ours. The staff were very nice to us. The 21 Amendment Bar at the hotel had a great jazz duo that we really enjoyed. The sax player was world...

“Ernie was excellent in recommending places to eat at. All the staff was very helpful. We had dinner the night of the 15th which was our anniversary and our waitress was so thoughtful (I wish I was better at names) she brought us out beignets with chocolate that had happy anniversary on it. ”
