“Bathroom smells like mildew especially the shower stall. Shower head was moldy. I am sensitive to mold and mildew. Bed was ok needs a topper. Plenty of pillows. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Easy parking. We had a room that had adjoining door and we could hear the people talking all night through the door.”

“1 ply toilet paper. No coffee or tea in the room. Really stripped down.”

“The water was cold microwave missing amenities broken , I was informed to let the water run 20 minutes horrible. ”

“Piccolo Inn americano a gestione famigliare, accogliente ma con spazi tutti ridottissimi. Camera carina ma un po’ piccola x4 bagno mignon con vasca doccia. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma meglio della media dei due stelle americani. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia molto sporca e ammuffita e l’acqua della doccia che scende lentissima. ”

“That hotel was a kind of shock for us. I have to admit that room was clean and comfortable, but it is a small roadside motel, rather than hotel, in a very unattractive area. No amenities at all. Room’s window faced a wall. Other rooms face a loud and busy street, so we were actually lucky. It was OK for us to spend a night on our road trip, but definitely do not recommend.”

“The hotel needs some small updates/repairs like in our room the sliding door didn't lock and the toilet paper holder was broken. A new coat of paint would be nice too.”

“Upon arriving we were pleased to see how close we were to the beach and our favorite place to get clam chowder and lobster rolls- Splash Cafe! Check in was fast, easy and super friendly, I believe Jennifer helped us and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room the captains quarters was spacious and nicely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and extra bedding in the closet. The king size bed was very comfortable. The three things that bring down my rating are 1) the dirty,...
