In generale è vicino alle principali attrazioni che offre la città. La stanza è molto silenziosa, ben arredata e pulita…avere il microonde non sarebbe stato male. La pulizia delle camere è un po’ lunga, nel senso che se si torna in stanza per le 14/15 non è sicuro di trovare la stanza riordinata. “camera un po’ polverosa pur avendo chiesto le pulizie giornaliere. vista strepitosa dalle due finestre avendo camera ad angolo. colazione avrei preferito a buffet e non sapere all’arrivo che era da acquistare al bar/market dell’hotel (errore di expedia che non lo specifica in quanto all’arrivo nel chiedere ci hanno avvisati subito) soggiorno nell’ insieme che rifarei sicuramente. ”

“This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

“Great free coffee in the morning and the coffee shop and the bar and restaurant were both great. Hotel is beautiful too. Only real negative was the bathroom lighting and the bed sheets. They felt like they were plastic. ”

“Perfect location, and the staff was amazing!”

“Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom...

“Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. ”
