“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”

“The staff were okay, rather detached. The room had torn curtains that looked very shabby, otherwise ok, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were another not great story. The eggs and sausage were cold both days, so was the "hot" water for oatmeal/tea/etc. Not a great way to start your day.”

“Breakfast, dinner and drink cards as perks were fabulous! Wonderful meals!
The only problem i had was my room was next to elevators. It was nice for it to be close, however while trying to sleep, people waiting for elevators or coming off were not very considerate of people trying to rest/sleep. ( night time of course) There was plenty of seating for meals and I loved the layout!!”

“Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville this past weekend was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
