“AC kept the room cool, everything was nice.”

“Room was pretty clean but felt bare. There was a long hair on my pillow, and one of the towels smelled. The mini fridge felt like a mini-mini fridge, and there was no small freezer inside. The hand soap instantly flared up my eczema on my hands, and the mattress was hard. One of the side tables was really scuffed up and should've been replaced. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the hallways, rooms, and even people opening and closing their blinds.”

“(1). It took over half an hour to check in because we hadn’t paid for parking via Expedia. That wasn’t a problem the last time we stayed there and they eventually figured it out. (2). As with the first time we stayed there in a different room, the shower door doesn’t stay closed and this in a newly remodeled room. (3). No hair dryer and when I asked for one at the desk I was told they didn’t have any and no empty rooms to get one. (4). The first time we stayed here, we had one bed which was...

“Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) ”

“The hotel was okay. It seemed dated, but was comfortable enough. It used to be a best western. We used the hot tub, but the jets weren’t working, and when we noticed an oily film on the water, we got out and showered. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal options, muffins and oatmeal. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was good, and the stay was comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which we were really looking forward to....
