“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“The front desk clerk was very nice, welcoming and generous. Check in was quick and easy. The parking lot is very well lit, which I really appreciated. The clerk has access to cameras covering the parking lot and entrances, so I felt secure. You can’t get to the hallways without your room key, so we didn’t have to worry about strangers coming to our door. We arrived at night & I was surprised how close the hotel is to the highway. However, we couldn’t hear ANYTHING as far as traffic goes. I...

“Spotless. We loved our room. Big, plush bedding and a sectional couch. That’s a big plus. Well appointed stocked kitchen. Even had a 2 burner stove. Full breakfast-scrambled eggs, toppings, sausage.good coffee, juice, fresh fruit. The breakfast attendant made sure we were pleased. She even took our dirty plates. She worked hard to keep the area clean and stocked. She deserves a pay raise. ”

“Front desk manager was very professional.My husband dropped off our rental car at the airport and Jeff brought him back to holiday inn. Later, Jeff drove us to dinner and picked us up. Next morning he drove us to airport. He was super helpful and accommodating. He is great at his job. We were only there one night but it was a great place to stay before departing.We highly recommend this holiday inn.”
