“Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again”

“when i checked into hotel i was given room on first floor - when i asked for a higher level i was told the air conditioning was broken and i should stay on first floor bc it would be cooler. i was also told they were in process of fixng the air but i was not fixed and the room was warm and stuffy. I wanted to go to gym in the morning but found out there was no gym even though the website said 24/7 fitness center and included photos. I was told the website had not been updated. THe hotel...

“When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. ”

It was exceptionally clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. Because of this experience, I’m open to trying other Super 8 locations in the future.”

“Accessible room was not accessible. One grab bar in a tub. None near a very low toilet. Accessible rooms should be equipped with items to provide independent stay. It was just a regular old room. ”
