“Was a little expensive, plus the room was too small for a family of 4; beds blocked access to wardrobe and needed moving under the desk to gain access to the bathroom. Only room for luggage was under the beds.”

“Peccato che per arrivare ed uscire dalla camera mi sono dovuto arrampiare su scale che per una persona meno giovane o meno sportiva potrebbe creare problemi. Inoltre orari molto rigidi e colazione in camera preparata la sera prima not easy that to get to and from the room I had to climb stairs that for a less young or less athletic person could create problems. “We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”
