From the beginning it was a failor. The front desk (the girl with Hijab) has written on the document I’m American. She has my passport so I needed to insist I’m Italian, not America and without a correct document I can’t have my cash back from the society.
She replied me to correct by myself, do a line and write the correct citizenship…
I asked a copy of the document I filled and to print me a very short letter about the deposit. She denied .
I arrived in the room and immediately I asked a second blanket and paper toilet.
From the lobby they have assured me someone it’s coming . After 35 minute I called them and they told me everyone is busy so to wait . So I replied I’ll go to take a blanket to some housekeeping.
I founded them and the two guys decided to write in some chat the permits to give me a blanket . So I told them in a 5 star hotel the blanket and extra pillows should be inside the wardrobe…
Especially if outside there is a storm…
When I went for the third time to the lobby , almost two hours later my check in and I was ready to go in an other hotel and do a scandal, I found a third housekeeping who gave me one blanket
At the check out I asked to the concierge help me to use Uber application, some minute later I found a taxi driver.
I told them uber and taxi are not the same thing but the poor taxi driver has convinced me don’t waste the call…
What a nightmare!
One star maximum . I’m in shock
