I had him call the number listed by hotels.com and who answered said that rising star hotel was sold, closed and under renovation and I couldn’t stay there. I was unable to contact hotels.com. I posted a question to the virtual assistant and it only said I couldn’t get a refund and then commenting was disabled. “My wife and I just returned from a trip to Bali for our 25th anniversary. This was our second hotel out of 3 which we stayed at during our week there as we traveled around the island. We both had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this homestay to any others coming to Bali.
