“Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...

“Absolutely disgusting. We booked here originally because it was closer to our family we were visiting but when we arrived it was quickly decided to stay somewhere else. The pool was closed/maintenance (should be updated when booking), there were huge rolls of carpet crowding the lobby, and they put our family (2 adults and 3 children) on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. One night would have been doable but not for an entire week. There were no other guests staying in the hotel so why they...
