“This place has never met a duster or broom in its life 😵‍💫 and the shower curtain had mold, the cold water didn’t work in the shower so I was stuck with REALLY hot water, and the one towel I was provided was literally Dirty! Had black stains like if someone found it on the ground and just folded it for the room.”

“Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. “Property needs a major renovation concerning the outside and rooms. The rooms are doable and very basic. In addition, you have broken faucets in shower area, stained commode, rust on pipes and bolt heads, calcium build up on tub drain with no drain plug. Old tv, microwave and small fridge. Hoqever, The room was clean, a.c. worked and blew cold air, and parking lot was well lit.”

“The room had a strong musty or moldy odor, floors hadn’t been mopped, tub was dirty and refrigerator smelled so bad. I was constantly spraying air fresheners to try and get rid of the smell. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are desperate for a place to stay.”
