Cleaning service included the replacement of the towel and that was it...no dumping the trash, didn't replace the broken hair dryer, not wipe down of anything (3 night stay). The exterior was below standard, such as pealing paint, wooden stairs in disrepair and unpainted. I will drive a few more miles and pay a few extra dollars for a better stay next time.”

“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The linens and towels did not appear fresh or crisp, and the bathroom sink and floors were dirty, with visible hair on them. There was even a dirty, wet facecloth left beside the sink when we checked in. The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory.
