She gave us directions for getting to the elevator then which way to turn when we got off the elevator. We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be clean a well maintained. The outside landscaping could use a little spruce up but overall it is fine.”

The linens and towels did not appear fresh or crisp, and the bathroom sink and floors were dirty, with visible hair on them. There was even a dirty, wet facecloth left beside the sink when we checked in. The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory.
