“The room was not clean when we arrived. Trash, dirty towels, unmade bed. Waited 30+ minutes to get into same room, now clean. We ended up with a leaking ceiling after showering, the water was leaking out of the light in the bathroom and eventually the light actually fell down and was just hanging 2 feet below. We informed front desk, let them know we were checking out that day so we would work around it. Maintenance LET THEMSELVES IN without knocking before we were even dressed for the day, way...
