Walk the banks of the River Aeron, and join the Ceredigion Coast Path to stride out towards the pretty village of Aberarth (2 miles), or take a longer walk up to the national trust property and gardens of Llanerchaeron (4.5 miles). Embark on a dolphin-spotting cruise from New Quay or pack a picnic and head to the beach at Llanrhystud (both within 7.5 miles).
