“I have stayed at a few of these hotels for work as I travel around quite regularly. There seems to be a reoccurring theme that the bathrooms have a really horrible drain smell. I would have mentioned this to staff but I dropped my bags off to the room went for dinner come back and it was already around 8:30- 9:00. “The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. “The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside ”

“Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”
