“We stayed in a double bed room and were surprised by how quiet it was. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was a good quality meal.”

“We arrived about 12:15 after midnight. I called the hotel who told me a shuttle would be there in 25-30 minutes. When it got there, 35-40 minutes later, it was full and the driver said this was his last trip for the night. Called the hotel again and they told me they would reimburse a taxi which would be on the 1st level. All 4 of us went to the 1st level; my wife, mom & dad (89 & 90 years old) Taxis are only on the 2nd level. Had to go back up to the 2nd level. Took more than an hour to...

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a scheduled shuttle ride to the airport for 11:45 and the shuttle was running late so the staff ordered a taxi for us and they paid for the taxi. (We didn't even ask them because we had plenty of time to wait at the airport) I would highly recommend this place. They also have a nice restaurant on sight.”

“To be fair, this hotel is going through renovation. My rating is to inform people that construction is ongoing while the hotel is open. Once it is completed my rating should improve. The free breakfast was sufficient with eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as pastry items and self serve waffles. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the staff is very good. The location is close to the airport so arriving late at night we had a short trip to the hotel. However, there aren’t stores nearby and...

“Room was ok. Under the sink area in the bathroom wasn't great and it's open so you can see it clearly. Blankets were nice though.”

“Parking was a little confusing. Couldn't find the way to Sheraton in the parking structure. Otherwise everything was great!”

“Once upon a time…it was a good hotel. 600 USD for a triple room is anyway “overpriced” for such a quality. Good points: room was clean and people at the front desk did their best to fix couple of issues with the room. ”
