“The staff exhibited the utmost politeness, delightfulness, expediency, and professionalism. They were great. I asked the front desk for extra towels. They had someone deliver them to my room within a minute. The room bed was nice, wide, and comfortable. The lobby was a bit small, but it's really all about the rooms. The 60" TV was nice. “This was a very funky hotel like none I’ve ever stayed in before. Great experience all the way around.”

“The airport shuttle was the only reason we chose the hotel but we’re very pleasantly surprised by the proximity to the skytrain. Was able to get downtown easily. Enjoyed the proximity to Landsdowne mall. Location and convenience ranked number one for us”

“Once upon a time…it was a good hotel. 600 USD for a triple room is anyway “overpriced” for such a quality. Good points: room was clean and people at the front desk did their best to fix couple of issues with the room. ”
