“The staff here cares and the hotel is very well taken care of and built. Most modern hotels have such prefabricated problems that never get fixed and are structurally in disrepair. The staff took care of small creature comforts with urgency and kindness and we felt safe as well. The security measures in place and the location were great pluses to a perfect experience. “Awfully bad experience. My family and I were doing a roadtrip so we needed a place for the night. We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee.
We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...
