“The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Good meals available in the pub. One thing to note, there is no lift in the building, so stairs have to be negotiated which could be a concern, especially with luggage.”

“Everything was just perfect. Smooth checkin, the staff were really welcoming and approachable. The room was spotless, spacious, the layout was well thought out and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a proper big bed instead of two put together as some hotels do! Really handy to have a little kitchen area, especially the fridge.
