Located in the stunning countryside of Highland Perthshire, this is a place to slow down and reconnect with nature. From your doorstep there is an abundance of outdoor pursuits, including walking, cycling, wild swimming, and exploring the surrounding glens and lochs. Alternatively, you may choose to wind the days away relaxing in the outdoor hot tub and enjoying the peace of the landscape.

The nearby market town of Aberteldy, Scotland's first Fairtrade town, is just a short drive away and offers independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and cultural attractions, with a strong focus on Fairtrade, organic, and environmentally friendly products. Loch Tay lies around six miles to the west, the largest loch in Perthshire, framed by dramatic mountains and hillside farms, and popular for water-based activities. To the north, Glen Lyon, often described as the longest and loveliest glen in Scotland, offers a truly atmospheric and unspoilt landscape.The nearest train station is Pitlochry, approximately 40 minutes away by car.
