“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”

“Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per spostamenti nella zona, diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera confortevole e dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno ben rifinito, staff preparato e cortese. Se dovessi tornare nella zona, probabilmente tornerei ad alloggiare qui, consigliato.”

“This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. “Room was newly renovated and very spacious. Gym and pool were excellent, best gym I’ve ever seen as a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we slept awfully, the hotel/room above us was so noisy. All we could hear all evening and through the night was the tv, banging and snoring. ”
