“Our first room was not cleaned when we went in so they moved us to another room. In the new room there was no body wash in the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and what was there was dry and tasted old. There were no towels in the pool area and when asked they brought hand towels not even big enough to dry off a 6 year old! Not the experience we are used to for this brand of hotel. ”

“5 out of 5 stars Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. Everything within a 5 minute distance from hotel. Breakfast had a great selection of food including bagels, cereals, fruits, muffins, and eggs. Check in and check out was a breeze since you were able to do it through your phone. Pool was a nice temperature as well and very clean. If we ever come back to Winchester, we will definitely be staying here again.”

“Super clean and modern, comfortable beds, staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are well equipped (fridge, coffee and tea) and standard hotel size, one space saving feature is no closet just a small rail will several coat hangers, and no room safe. One suggestion I would love to make is to ask the hotel to supply alternative plant based milks at breakfast. Great stay, would definitley stay at a Microtel again!”

“The main reason we choose this hotel over all the others in the area was because they offered EV charging, the charger only works for the first “complementary” 30 minutes. After that you can’t use it any more, I had to find a EV chagrin station the next morning. Not a EV friendly place. Breakfast was the run of the mill, plain and flavorless.”
