“I was charged an extra fee by the hotel that was not on the Expedia bill. The hotel staff kept trying to explain to me that it was Expedia's fault. They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. I was charged the extra fee. I would not recommend this hotel for that reason. Had I known about the extra fee, I certainly would not have...

“the casino was great has easy access to get it inside. Rooms were clean and staff was great. Only issue was getting to the garage you have to go through the whole lobby and then down again just to get inside but other than that it’s great ”

Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful.”

There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation. After speaking to them again they agreed to remove parking charges but I was resorts fees removed. I wasn’t accommodated with any resort features.
