“Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications. You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend. ”

Street noise is a little loud. Overall, Highly recommended hotel. I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

“I have never received such a kind and warm attention from the employees. The last day, my flight was late at night. They saw me waiting in the lobby. Very tired after a day of work. They invited me to rest in a room until leaving for the airport. Never happened to me to be offered this without asking .... !!!”

“Hotel in godd position near the sea , at the end of the cornice street and for that no many noise. I went in the Gym but no any service ,the guy incharge for the gym even not say good morning just talk on the phone all teh time , on workman come in the room and begin to paint , I ask if was possible to wait I finisch to run ,but he don t speak English , in the while the guy incharge for the gym may scare I ask his help disappear , not glass in the gym for drink water for that I want two time in...
