“Attualmente l’hotel è in ristrutturazione a partire dalla reception, in Italia non avrebbe l’agibilità… mentre io l’ho pagato a prezzo pieno. Non valeva assolutamente il prezzo che ho pagato! Loro mi avevano mandato un mail dicendomi che stavano facendo lavori solo in piscina, mentre in realtà diverse aree dell’hotel erano in ristrutturazione! Pessima esperienza ”

“Property was fine. Staff was hit and miss with their availability. Biggest miss was lack of bath towels, which I found out after my shower. Tried to convince me there were towels but apparently my own eyes were not deceiving me as I drip dried looking throughout the room for a towel. I guess a bath mat comes in handy. Otherwise the place was fine.”
