“The disabled facilities in the room were perfect it's ashame that outside wasn't a bit safer ..broken slabs and uneven walkway to the building not ideal.”

“Last minute choice for us but a good one. Lots of dog friendly space outside the hotel in the gardens which, whilst somewhat neglected were still enjoyable and full of wildlife. Hotel itself was slightly dated and could do with a lick of paint or two but overall was in good condition and the evening receptionist and breakfast staff were top notch. Earlier in the evening we had walked out of a hotel we had booked and paid for as it transpired to be dismal but this place was an excellent last...

“Very clean, modern and comfortable bed. Great to have restaurant on site. Easy parking. Friendly reception. It’s a little out of centre city Barnsley, so you’d need a car, but as we had one this wasn’t an isse”

“Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...
