“The Pelican is a confortable hotel with good facilities and a good location.”

“Good”

“the room was very noisy, at 5 in the morning you could not sleep because of the noise, the sink was broken and very small, there was only one bathroom towel, not a very good experience”

“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”

“Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.”

“The facilities in the room are top notch. Great services rendered by the staff. Nice and cool atmosphere. ”

“If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!”

“Service have been absolutely top, rooms and structure were good and the pool really nice”

“business hotel in a new area of the city, near to airport. Good service and clean. It is a classic Ibis standard. Good solution for business trip.”

That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...
