“Check-in was easy and they worked with me when I arrived earlier than expected. The room was huge, clean, and more than adequate. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and will definitely be back. It's very convenient to the Outer Banks and Alligator River NWR so it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, birders (like me!), and wildlife photographers. ”

“I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides. “Very clean. Everything was set up well to accomodate us. The o ly issue we had was we smelled cigarette smoke in the bathroom on and off. There wasn't a return air in there so it became stuffy quickly. ”
