“It is a double bed as advertised - not a queen! Location was fabulous to Bayside MarketPlace. It was nice to have option at hotel next door to leave bags for a small fee if you have a late flight out. TV was more complicated than it should be so we did not bother. Having the kitchenette with a full frig/freezer was fantastic!”

“Location and view 10 out of 10!!! We stayed at this property for 4 days before our Royal Caribbean cruise out of Port Miami. The port is a 10 minute uber ride. The location is safe to walk around. The mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The mall area has tons of restaurants PF Changs, Chipotle, Starbucks etc.
There is a small convenience store next to the condo. We ordered Amazon Fresh and they delivered the groceries and water to our door step within 5 hours. Definitely a must!!...

Tutto il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, il check in è veloce ed abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito. Le camere ampie, completamente rinnovate, la nostra con vista mare, letti molto comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. La hall e tutte le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti, molto luminose e spaziose. Ottimo il ristorante Toro Toro. ”

We had and old noisy room.
The most incredible stuff happened at check-out time when the one of the six elevator was out of service (for three days) and it took us over 20 mins to go from floor 27 to the lobby.
All guests were packed in the elevator as I’ve never seen before! None of the COVID prevention measures was taken and none cared. Absurd!
Not really much recommend in the end.

"A beautiful property in an excellent location, but poorly managed. There’s zero customer care, with inexperienced staff and a management team disinterested in problem-solving — treating guests as if they were staying for free. The restaurant staff, however, are outstanding.
Key issues included my room key deactivating an hour after check-in. The receptionist made me wait in line behind six other guests before addressing it, and only after a manager intervened was I asked for ID — which was locked in my room. I had to retrieve a copy of my passport from my phone to get a new key.
We moved chairs in the lobby to accommodate our group of six, only to be told at departure to return them. One day, three of our rooms were not cleaned, and the response when I called was shockingly indifferent.
The lack of professionalism and staff training was evident. The cold, unsmiling checkout experience summed it up. Despite reporting issues through Expedia, no one from management reached out to apologize.
It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but the guest experience is seriously lacking with one star services."

First of all the room was renovated so everything was new and in perfect shape, the bathroom was huge and spotless. What we liked the most was that everything was very clean, the staff was polite and let's not forget about the fact that every room has it's own coffee machine "
