“I chose this property because I wished to kayak nearby and needed a place to store my kayak overnight safely. This place was perfect. There was a (unofficial) loop trail out back through the woods that allowed me some nature study while getting a bit of exercise. The Dan Hole River runs right by the property and was a very nice spot to put my feet in the water on a hot day or just listen to the water. The indoors was clean and had all the comforts of home. “My brother and I with his son stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the lower level sliding glass door was open and I could not figure out how to lock it. Other than that I have no complaints. There was a snow storm during our stay, they cleared the driveway and stairs within 24 hours of the storm. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens.
