“Suggestions: As 5-stars hotel you should pay attention to details, such as the courtesy call after the check-in and the follow up after any problem solved by your staff, in order to guarantee that the problem has been totally fixed. I also expected to be able to watch at least one Italian tv channel.”

“funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight.”
