In the heart of Costa Adeje, within the renowned Balcón del Atlántico, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom CoastFlat seamlessly blends comfort with style. Enjoy the luxuries of modern smart home features, captivating ocean and mountain views, and a sun-kissed terrace that promises peace and relaxation.



The Space:

The centerpiece of this home is undeniably the expansive terrace, presenting unrivaled views of the ocean, mountains, and the entire Costa Adeje featuring a luxury hammock and a big dining table. It's an ideal spot for contemplation, relaxation, dining or simply soaking in the vistas.



Inside, the dining area stands ready for memorable dinners, with a backdrop of conversations and laughter. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything at your fingertips to whip up a delightful meal.



Venture into the master bedroom to discover a comforting queen-size bed with a top-quality mattress. Here, you'll also wake up to captivating ocean views. The room includes ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and complimentary products.



Our second bedroom, generous in size, features built-in wardrobes and promises restful nights. It features a fully equipped business center including monitor, docking station, printer, scanner, keyboard & mouse.



An additional bathroom, also furnished with a walk-in shower, is stocked for convenience.



The living room, with its large Smart TV and Apple TV, provides an entertainment hub. Paired with the Sonos Sound System, it's the perfect zone for movie nights or groovy evenings.

To reach Balcón del Atlántico in Costa Adeje from Tenerife South Airport (TFS), you have several convenient transportation options available.



By Taxi: Upon exiting the airport terminal, you'll find a fleet of taxis waiting to take you to your destination. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Balcón del Atlántico in Costa Adeje. The journey typically takes around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Taxis are a comfortable and cost-efficient option, ensuring a hassle-free transfer directly to your accommodation.



By Car: If you prefer the flexibility and convenience of a rental car, Tenerife South Airport offers a range of car rental services. After collecting your vehicle, exit the airport and follow the signs towards Costa Adeje. The drive typically takes around 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Balcón del Atlántico has public parking space available in front, subject to availability.



By Bus: Tenerife South Airport is well-connected by public buses that provide affordable transportation to various destinations across the island. From the airport, head to the bus stop located just outside the terminal. Look for the bus line that operates to Costa Adeje, such as Line 10, 40, 343 and 450. The bus station you have to leave at is Estacion Costa Adeje. From Estacion Costa Adeje board the Bus 477 heading towards Los Gigantes. Alight at Fañabé Plaza and transfer to Bus 424 towards Los Cristianos. Disembark at Roque del Conde. From Roque del Conde, it's a short walk to reach Balcón del Atlántico.
