The house is very welcoming and well located.
Two really comfortable bedrooms, each room is equipped with a TV, a large wardrobe with drawers and a customizable LED lighting system. The master bedroom has direct access to one of the two full bathrooms.
The second bathroom, also complete with shower, is in front of the second bedroom.
The house is completely new, with new plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with the law. All furnishings are new.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, with microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender and many accessories to cook what you want.
The balcony enjoys a wonderful view of the swimming pool and can be accessed from the lounge and from one of the two bedrooms.
The balcony has a very attractive LED lighting to spend relaxing evenings.
The washing machine was placed in a dedicated cupboard on the side of the balcony.
There is wi-fi in the house for private use and completely free with fiber optic connection (with a speed of 600mb!)

Beach towels are provided by us and are available upon your arrival.
Near the swimming pool visible from the balcony there is an area with a coin-operated dryer.
There is video surveillance and the presence of a caretaker day and night.

Se vi piace l’avventura, potrete salire in cima con un paracadute d’acqua. Davvero l’ideale per godere delle incantevoli viste dell’oceano Atlantico e delle montagne, e naturalmente un’esperienza davvero esilarante!
A pochi secondi di distanza dalla spiaggia, troverete un’ampia varietà di ristoranti gourmet, caffè e bar che servono drink freddi ed eccellente cucina. Inoltre numerose boutique fiancheggiano la deliziosa promenade.
La struttura è a due passi da Siam Park, il parco giochi acquatico più grande del mondo e vicinissimo a Siam Mall, un completo centro commerciale con tutto ciò che si desidera e con grandi marchi.
A 50 metri è disponibile un altro centro commerciale, Gran Sur, per ogni esigenza.
