Villa vista panoramica a sud, zona molto tranquilla

spaziosa villa di buona reputazione 140 m² di spazio abitabile su 500 m² di giardino, con vista eccezionale a 250 ° mare e montagna. Si trova in un'urbanizzazione residenziale eccezionalmente tranquilla, protetta da telecamere di sorveglianza, alla fine di una strada senza uscita. Completamente isolato dai vicini senza l'opposto diretto. Avrete terrazze molto grandi esposte a sud, con il sole tutto il giorno e un'ampia vista sul mare, con vista sulle isole di La Gomera, El Hierro a ovest e il Teide (3800 m) a est. Il sole ti riscalderà dall'alba al tramonto e potrai goderti l'enorme piscina di 75 m² (protetta da barriere per bambini) con una bella scala per accedere agli interni e al faro, al centro di un'ampia terrazza. Le lunghe pergole offrono zone ombreggiate per il soggiorno all'aperto e la zona pranzo con barbecue.
All'interno: ampio soggiorno: con soggiorno e cucina a vista, TV Smart TV 55 pollici, wi-fi con fibra, la cucina è completamente attrezzata con: frigorifero, congelatore, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice macchina per il caffè , .... e tutto il necessario. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un bagno con vasca e servizi igienici, l'altro con doccia e servizi igienici.
Il centro della città di Callao con tutti i negozi: panetterie, macellerie, supermercati, bancomat, molti bar e ristoranti, farmacia, medici, dentisti ... autobus e taxi, e la sua spiaggia è a soli 7 minuti a piedi.
CallaoSalvaje "(piccolo ciottolo selvaggio") è un tipico villaggio spagnolo tranquillo, fuori ma comunque vicino al grande flusso turistico dell'isola e alle sue attrazioni (15/20 'in auto o in autobus, da Las Americas / Los Christianos; vari centri ricreazione, porto che serve tutte le altre isole). Il villaggio è tranquillo, non è raccomandato alle giovani generazioni che desiderano una vacanza festosa e frenetica; a Callao non ci sono locali notturni, è necessario andare a Las Américas.
Su ogni lato puoi goderti una passeggiata relativamente piatta lungo il mare per diversi chilometri.
Callao si trova sulla costa sud-occidentale più soleggiata dell'isola; il nord riceve più nuvole e pioggia, a est i venti sono dominanti e spesso forti! Dall'autostrada 5 minuti, siete 1:30 da qualsiasi destinazione: 1:15 Santa Cruz la capitale - 1 ora per fare escursioni sulle pendici del Teide, una delle vette più alte d'Europa (3800 m). 1 ora per visitare i tipici villaggi del nord dell'isola.
L'aeroporto di Tenerife Sud è di 25 minuti.

We loved our stay at your villa that much we booked again for next year, it is in a peaceful area with beautiful views, the pool is lovely and the villa is only a 5 minute walk to the shops and lovely restaurants and bar's, cant wait to go again next year. I would highly recommend

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. The property is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the location is great for local shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje. But the best facility of the Villa is the wonderful pool and we certainly made the most of it!! So much bigger than you’d usually find with such a property and so well maintained. It’s been a great week with excursions like Siam Park and go karting and scuba diving to keep us busy, along with many a lazy hour spent poolside. Weather has been perfect too. Thanks to Claudine and Fabienne for great communication

Tout était parfait, depuis la Communication avec les propriétaires et l’accueil par Fabienne, jusqu’à la villa et sa piscine magnifique, le quartier du Sueno azul… on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux merci beaucoup. Callao Salvaje est une station très agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut et bien moins bondée que les autres stations à côté tout en restant proche de l’animation du Sud . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

As a family we’ve stayed in various villas and cottages etc and this has been the best. Everything that you could possibly need was present. Everything worked and everything was excellent. The pool was especially good and we enjoyed many hours of fun in it. Location was also excellent very peaceful and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Simply wonderful place to stay would highly recommend!

Lovely villa in a nice quiet area. Very well appointed with just about everything you need supplied... including towels for the pool. The swimming pool was huge and the grandchildren loved it.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is stunning with fantastic views. The pool is huge, much bigger than the photos. All photos in the listing don't do it justice. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Fabienne was very patient with us given our later than expected arrival. Only downside was the lack of aircon albeit there are electric fans to counter the heat. Many thanks.

Great villa, amazing pool, it’s really big! Lovely relaxing areas outside and well equipped inside with fabulous living/kitchen area - no complaints whatsoever ever, it was home from home for a glorious week. Owner and property manager were very friendly and responsive, we didn’t have any problems but I’m sure they would sort asap if we did. Location was just brilliant, brilliant walks and wonderful beaches it was truly ideal. Thank you.

We spent a lovely holiday at the villa - everything was perfect. Big pool, nice views - we loved the sofa on the veranda! Very caring service by Fabienne! We can certainly recommend to stay at the villa. Restaurants in walking distance, beach too.

We ha e just returned from a week stay at this Villa, and it was such a beautiful place to stay. The pictures online, dont do it justice, and we were so glad to have picked this property. Its sitauated in a quiet area, which suited us perfectly. The owner was able so quickly sort out one small ssue that arose, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you, we loved the place.

Wir haben es hier sehr genossen. Wir waren vorher schon 6 mal auf Teneriffa, aber diese Villa war absolut die Beste. Top ausgerüstet, ruhige Lage, schöner sauberer Pool und auch sonst alles top!!! Empfang Fabienne sehr nett und entgegenkommend! Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder!!

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, ist leicht zu finden und hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Man fühlt sich sicher auch ohne Videoüberwachung und Alarmanlage explizit für dieses Haus. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich lebhafte Hotelanlagen, jedoch ist es in der Regel ab dem späten Abend ruhig. Das Haus ist mit den drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und dem offenen Wohn-Küchenbereich sehr geräumig und wohnlich. Die schöne Terrasse mit großem Pool und Meerblick lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zu zweit haben wir uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Da die Bausubstanz ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, empfehlen wir die Durchführung einiger kleinerer Instandsetzungs- bzw. Renovierungsarbeiten sowie eine Grundreinigung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Claudine und der Ansprechperson vor Ort, Fabienne, war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most amazing time at the villa we couldn't want for anything more .we were met by Fabienne who was lovely and very helpful the villa was clean and had every item you could ever need there was plenty of towels and seating and the beds were very comfortable. Our teenage kids loved the pool we took some Floatie ring things with us and they spent most of their time just in the pool. Down the hill there are a good few restaurants we only ate at a couple as we loved to use the BBQ most nights . The beach was cute one day extremely rough and the red flags were up but on a calm day it's swimmable and the little bar above does great cocktails. We hired a car from autoriesen they were friendly and efficient we can grumble at all about that we went off to Siam park which was about 15 min drive away we got there at 8.45 and the lines had started but we had a great day. Everything about this villa is ideal and I really hope we get to return one day .

Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Sie bietet genug Platz drinnen und draußen. Der Pool ist riesig mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge und lädt zum relaxen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen abseits des Massentourismus, aber trotzdem kann man fußläufig (5-10min) schnell zum Meer oder zahlreichen Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an Claudine und Fabienne für die super Kommunikation und Abwicklung vor Ort.

We loved our week in Villa Panoramic. The pool is a really good size and a lovely temperature. There is plenty of space both inside and out and it’s in a lovely peaceful location. We mostly barbecued but there is a selection of restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. We hired a car so we’re able to drive to the local supermarket but there were good size, well stocked shops nearby. Can’t really fault it if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday (although also only 15-20 mins drive to Siam Park/ Los Cristianos etc) and we’d definitely stay there again.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist super und von außen kaum einsehbar.Das eine oder andere könnte vielleicht mal renoviert werden, aber sonst ist alles schön. Kontakt vor Ort ist auch gegeben.
