With two bedrooms towards the front of the home, making your way through to the living room, which is lovingly refreshed asking you to relax amidst its unique stylings - So comforting that you’ll want to sit here and stay a little while with full access to Wifi and LCD TV.
The main bedroom calls for you to take a load off in the big pillowy memory-foam king mattress with fresh, luxurious linens to get lost in. We love the unique 1920s vibe of the ornate stone fireplace and the comfort that the additional cushion bring to this space for your long peaceful night`s sleep. The bedroom comes equipped with a vanity mirror for you to get ready for the days and/or nights you will want to be spending out at the bay.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for you to cook well and share in time with your loved one. We hope you’ll enjoy the meaningful moments spent around the island bench to be present, and dining within the sunroom making memories here with your family and friends.
Your additional guests will enjoy the second room with a cosy bunk bed. King single over a queen including a trundle underneath for any extra guests. This is the perfect retreat for little ones to dream and play, enjoying the simplicity of holiday life.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink and vanity with basic amenities. You will find the toilet separate to the back of the property; avoiding any wait times for when you want to take a longer rinse!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
