Sleeping up to 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, there`s plenty of room for families, multiple couples or groups of friends to spread out and relax.

Downstairs you`ll find three guest bedrooms, the family bathroom and laundry, creating the perfect retreat for children or additional guests.

Upstairs is where everyone naturally comes together. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is bathed in natural light and opens seamlessly onto the balcony, blurring the line between indoors and out. Throw open the doors, let the sea breeze drift through the home and enjoy uninterrupted views towards one of South Australia`s most loved beaches.

The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining effortless, whether you`re preparing breakfast before a beach walk or a long dinner shared around the dining table after a day exploring the region.

Cali House is all yours during your stay with us! The garage has room for one car, with the table tennis table. There is plenty of street parking on the Esplanade directly out front, or on the side street.

For the kids ~ a portacot and highchair is available at the house. Please bring along a cot sheet.

All linens, bath and beach towels are provided!

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, aswell as luxurious bathroom products. The house has a Nespresso pod machine that uses original style pods. We provide some but please bring extra if your BIG coffee drinkers (like us!).

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
