A cosy unit with newly built ensuite bathroom/shower and fully equiped kitchen situated in our backyard.
Just 15 km north of Adelaide CBD. 4 min drive from Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre, food courts, Cinema, Library and modbury hospital. Just 15 min to CBD through O'Bahn from Tea Tree Plaza interchange. Walking distance from Paravista and Clovercrest shopping centres.
1 minute and 2 minutes walk to two bus stops that directly go to city.

Guest access
Other than the unit, you can also access the backyard. this area will be shared between the host and the guest so it is very likely for the guests and host to cross path in the backyard.

Other things to note
*There are plenty of free parking spaces on the street. you can also park your car in the driveway, on the right-hand side.

*No shoes inside: Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit and use the shoe racks provided to store your shoes. carpets inside the unit are clean and are expected to be kept clean.

*Smoking inside the unit is strictly not allowed.

*A portable single bed is available upon request.

We went to visit my family in Adelaide for the weekend with our 1 year old. Maryam was super friendly and had the cot ready for us which was great! The place was really clean and homey. The shared garden was delightful.

Maryam was super lovely and welcoming. Clear and easy instructions with no issues or distractions. Very cozy and clean space. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

Very comfortable, spotless and secure place to stay. New bathroom and kitchen facilities. Maryam is a wonderful host who responds in a quick and friendly manner. We've been visiting Adelaide on a regular basis for the last 20 years and look forward to many more stays at Maryam's cosy unit.

This is value for money and a good base for a night or two. The place is clean and has pretty much everything that you need in the bathroom and kitchen.
In saying that, the place doesn’t feel that private since it’s in someone’s backyard and access is through their garage. They were included in the description in the ad though so there’s no surprises there. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Unit was cosy enough but could have been better! We felt the beds to be not so comfortable. Also, too much sunlight came in from the blinds in the morning so better blockout curtains would be best! Also, some milk in the fridge would have been a nice touch. Other than that, kitchen & bathroom were great! X

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and the garden was beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quite safe and not too far from the city, shops and other places. We definitely recommend it!!

Excellent and friendly host. The place (granny flat) was fantastic as I had all the facilities which we needed. The bathroom and kitchen is new and well equipped for cooking a nice meal.
The room was comfortable with air conditioning and heating as required. Nice arrangement with a lot of privacy and a nice garden next to it to chill off.
The host Maryam and Adam were very helpful and accomodating. Definitely recommend to others if you are after a nice quiet staycation.
Location was perfect for us as it was onyly 7 mins from my son's sporting venue (Tea Tree Tennis Club). Would come back again if we are heading in that part of the region.
