The ground floor provides private entry via the secure garage, offering direct indoor access for added convenience.

On the top floor, the open-plan living space welcomes you with abundant natural light and city views. Relax on the large L-shaped sofa while enjoying your favourite shows or reading in the sunshine. The convertible sofa accommodates two additional guests. Sliding glass doors lead to a generous balcony with a BBQ, outdoor seating for four, and a leafy outlook over the neighbourhood rooftops.

The modern kitchen features ample prep space, quality appliances, and all you need to cook at home—including a full-sized fridge, gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. It opens onto a six-seat dining area, perfect for shared meals or casual mornings.

On the floor below, both bedrooms offer queen beds, built-in wardrobes, and individual split-system heating and cooling for comfort. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite with a glass-framed shower, while the second bedroom offers a small outdoor seating area and is adjacent to the main bathroom featuring a combined bath and shower.
