The space
Little Forest is a bespoke purpose built luxury accomodation and our aim is to accomodate all your needs, starting with keyless secure entry and auto garage roller door with undercover secure parking with EV charger, 3 steps from your private deck.

When you enter Little Forest you are immediately aware of the sense of calm & comfort that awaits.

The full kitchen has European appliances, porcelain bench tops , mirror splash-back, integrated dishwasher & fridge, induction cooktop & pyrolytic oven.
A mobile butchers block island bench is movable to allow for a flexible floor plan.
Provided for your convenience, some basics, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar , salt pepper etc

For your coffee needs we have a Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother and a stove top Moka pot.

Dining for up to 4 people inside or open up the huge bi-folding doors to the deck for an alfresco brunch or dinner with friends.
Auto covered awning allows for cooling shade in the lazy summer months where the gas kettle BBQ will make dinner delicious!

Auto roller blinds & linen sheers provide light control & ambience for all occasions & seasons and the lighting has been considered to provide soft ambient light together with focussed task lighting where required.

Large screen TV is visible from the kitchen, living area & bed, so you can watch you favourite shows!

The Queen size bed with luxury linen bedding with cordless & corded phone charging points.

A Scandia wood burning fire (& wood) has been integrated for the cosy chilly months to provide, but is not considered to be the main heating source.
Reverse cycle A/C & quiet ceiling fan to will accommodate your needs.
Extensive solar energy allows Little Forest to 'tread lightly'.

A designated sit/stand work area with LED lighting , wifi & ample power, shelving for files to keep your work space tidy & free.

The large light filled bathroom with walk in shower wet room, advanced microcrete flooring & walls eliminates all tiling.
A heat pump hot water services provides plenty of shower time pleasure, enhanced by the concealed soft lighting & quiet exhaust.

Heated towel rails to dry your fluffy towels & bath robes with Sharke hairdryer for your coiffure needs!
Porcelain benchtops providing lots of bench space, drawers and storage with wardrobe & utility cupboard.
LG integrated washer/dryer & iron & board provided.
Washing up liquid, washing tablets & dishwasher tabs are provided.

Located 5 minutes walking distance from Mitcham shopping centre which has cafes, cinemas, food & shopping.
3 minutes walk to the train that will take you directly into the city or up to the hills.
The train ride is about 15 minutes to take you into the heart of the city.
We are on the Bus routes too

5 minutes walk to Hawthorn oval, Mitcham library, numerous cafes & pubs.
5 minutes drive to King William Road shopping precinct with an array of fine dining, cafes & high fashion stores.
20 mins drive to Glenelg beach & shopping dining , yet my favourite beach is Brighton with its white sandy beaches with the Pier & summer alfresco dining options.
20 mins drive to the Adelaide Hills where you can experience beautiful walks, fresh hills produce dining, restaurants & world class wineries.

We want to make you stay as enjoyable & memorable as possible.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire studio, with easy on site check-in via the digital door lock. Little Forest Retreat is located adjacent the host's home, however is entirely self contained and private. The spacious carport is shared with the host however there is a dedicated parking space for sole use by guests.

Other things to note
Accommodation is for up to 2 guests maximum.

Property not suitable for children.

To access the property guests are required to climb a number of steps.
