The living area is designed for downtime, with plush seating, a TV for quiet evenings, and a gentle outlook over surrounding trees. Just beyond, the dining setting for four is perfect for shared meals or a casual workspace during your stay. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed for home-style cooking, including a full-sized fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, the space is practical and easy to use. Step outside to the private balcony, where leafy surrounds offer a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a breath of fresh air between city outings.

Both bedrooms continue the calm, simple styling, each with a queen bed and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite, while a second bathroom adds extra convenience for guests.

Additional features include heating and cooling for year-round comfort, in-apartment laundry facilities, and access to a shared pool within the building—ideal for a refreshing break after a day exploring the city. This property does not have any parking; however, there are multiple paid carparks throughout the CBD.

Please be aware that key collection is located in an off-site lockbox, only a two-minute drive from the apartment, but a 15-minute walk.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
