Each bedroom is simply styled with soft linens and neutral tones. The home includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in two additional rooms, and two single beds in the fourth bedroom, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for group stays. The bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged, with a central bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, shower and toilet, while the second is combined with the laundry and includes a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

With WiFi, air conditioning and heating, onsite parking and free street parking available, every detail supports a seamless stay.

A $300 pre-authorisation security deposit is held 24 hours prior to check-in for all VRBO, website and Booking.com reservations. This is released within 7 days of checkout pending no damage.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
