“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Breakfast was mediocre and you can't take it back to your room even if there is no where to sit in their breakfast lobby they want you to eat while standing instead of going to your room. I didnt get my full deposit back and basically my kids said they felt they were being watched at all times and when my kid went for extra towels for the pool they only gave us 2 for a 4 people room and then accused him of adding soap to their jacuzzi when he hadnt even been out of our room. id never stay here...

“This wasn't the best breakfast we have had. It was okay. Hampton inn is much better. Staff is very friendly. But if you are a smoker. They have no place for you to sit down. I am disabled and if it wasn't for Jordan the secure guard that helped me get up on my husband's tail gate I would have been standing out in the parking lot. Jordan also watched over me to make sure I was safe. So kudos to him.”
